Financial statements for 2017 must be prepared for Cyprus Companies
All Cyprus companies regardless if they are dormant or not, have an obligation to prepare and file audited financial statements to both the Registrar of Companies and the Tax Authorities. All companies to be up to date and in good standing should prepare and file Financial statements until 2017. Companies that were incorporated in the second half of 2017 will prepare financial statements together with 2018.
To be able to proceed, we need you to send us all the documents of the company to complete the bookkeeping and send them for audit and the preparation of the financial statements of 2017, until the end of February 2018.
*For OPERATING COMPANIES, we need all sales invoices, purchases invoices, expenses, bank statements for all bank accounts in Cyprus and abroad, Contracts loan agreements and any other documents you might have.
*For HOLDING COMPANIES, we need copies of the bank statements for all bank accounts in Cyprus and abroad, share purchase agreements for newly acquired investments, loan contracts, and any other documents you might have.
*For DORMANT COMPANIES (ONLY SHARE CAPITAL), we need you to confirm that the company did not have any activities or investments during the year.
