The Cyprus Registrar of Companies announces that it intends to proceed with the deregistration of companies, in accordance with article 327 (2A) (b) of the Companies Law, Chapter 113.

The Cyprus Registrar of Companies may deregister a company from the register, in case of non-payment of the annual fee of 350 euros for a period of one year from the date it became due ,as per the provisions of article 391.  Specifically, for companies that have not paid the Annual Fee of 350 euros for any year for the period 2012-2021, a three months’ notice for strike off will be published in the Gazette and if by the end of the notice period the overdue levy is still unpaid, then the Cyprus Registrar, will deregister the companies, according to article 327(3)(c) of the Law on Companies, Chapter 113, unless in the meantime there is a reason to the contrary.
