Globalserve Consultants Ltd organized the "Economic Substance Seminar" in Kiev at City Hotel on Tuesday June 25^th at 9:30 am.
 
The half day seminar analyzed the new substance legislation in BVI and other overseas jurisdictions, as well as the substance requirements of European companies and banks.
