Based on the official announcement of The Cyprus Tax Department, published on September 25 2023, the deadline for submission of the tax return 2022 for employees and pensioners (TD1) and self-employed whose turnover do not exceed € 70,000 (TD1 self-employed), as well as the payment of the final tax due, is extended until October 31, 2023.

Submissions can be completed only through TaxisNet platform https://taxisnet.mof.gov.cy/login.jsp

**It should be noted that the obligation to submit a Tax Return (TD1) and (TD1) for the year 2022, arises ONLY when the Gross Annual Income exceeds €19,500.
