The submission of the 2022 Income Tax Return is now available through the TaxisNet platform https://taxisnet.mof.gov.cy/login.jsp as it is announced by the Tax Department

Based on the Decree of the Council of Ministers (KDP 373/2022), an obligation to submit an Income Tax Return for the year 2022 the employees, pensioners, and self-employed persons whose gross total income for the year 2022 exceeds the amount of 19.500 euros.

To be able to submit the Tax Return, registration to the TaxisNet system is required.

The deadline for submission of the Income Tax Returns for individuals for the year 2022 and payment of the tax due is October 2, 2023 (KDP183/2023).
